Delphi version

TenkCert was first developed in 2003 as a Delphi application. I chose to rewrite it in 2004 to make it cross platform without buying Kylix (assuming I could reuse the database code anyways). Eventually I will release the code for the 2003 version, but first I want to just clean up the code a little (changes like removing hardcoded database passwords ...). This page is just a placeholder in the mean time.
